Individual and Small Group Training

Work one on one with a full time professional trainer.

Both out field and goalkeeping training is available for small group and individuals.

Package Program 1 – 6 week

There are many benefits of one on one training that include individual attention, improvement of specific areas and coach feedback that is specific to the athlete.

Our one on one sessions are designed to offer the development of key techniques or specific skills to players of all ages, ability and playing position.  Each session will be tailor made to cover the needs and requirements of each specific player.

Individual sessions will not only guarantee skill and technique improvement,  but it will also encourage confidence, motivation and enjoyment of the game.
