Kickz Soccer UK recruits male and female coaches who hold an appropriate soccer coaching qualification and have extensive experience working with young people. We are a highly motivated and professional company and, as part of our staff, you will be responsible for promoting these qualities.

Kickz UK is working with ACAWE (American Camp and Work Experience) to recruit soccer training staff to join our team this August.
Applicants need to be appropriately qualified, holding a minimum English Level 1 FA coaching award or American NSCAA diploma. We also require experience of working with soccer teams and young players. At least two years coaching experience is preferred.
We are looking to expand our full-time training staff in 2016, individuals with long term ambitions to work in the USA are preferred.

Trainers are required to work with children between the ages of 3-16 years on a variety of different soccer programs throughout the year.
Programs include, team training, recreation coaching and support, Camps and clinics.
Candidates require a minimum of level 1 FA Coaching certificate and a background of coaching/working with children.
To be successful in the role of trainer, candidates must possess the following criteria:
- Be extremely passionate about coaching soccer to young people
- Have an outgoing personality
- Be flexible and motivated towards coaching requirements
- Have experience of working with young people and adults in a soccer related environment
- Have good organizational and time management skills
- Have the ability to work closely with others
Senior training staff are generally recruited through the company but exceptional candidates maybe considered.
Training responsibilities are similar to that of a trainer but there is further responsibility and program management offered at this level.
Senior Trainers are responsible for the growth and development of key programs within the organization.
Senior trainers must possess all the requirement of the trainer position plus demonstrate experience or knowledge of program management or development within a sport related field.
- A minimum of two years coaching experience is required for all new applicants
- A degree or similar qualification is preferred
- FA Coaching level 2 or equivalent
Assistant Regional Manager
Required to work closely with the regional manager on all aspects of the business.
This position will require both a strong knowledge and background of soccer coaching in the US and a high level of organizational and administrative stills.
Additional requirements include:
- Management background
- High level of coaching experience
- Ability to train, develop and motivate staff
- Possess the enthusiasm and drive to bring new clients to the company

Soccer Training and Development Staff
The main focus for our soccer training staff is to provide the best possible education to boys and girls between the ages of 3-18. You will work with both teams and individuals throughout spring and fall seasons in order to develop both technical and tactical awareness of the game. We will try to match you with the best possible schedule depending upon your qualifications and experience. All our staff are required to spend time with our youngest players on our daily programs.
The emphasis of our program changes during the summer season. Kickz UK runs daytime camps, generally running from 9am-1pm, Monday thru Friday. Kickz UK also offers a selection of evening camps to teams and groups throughout the summer. Our most experienced and qualified staff may also have the opportunity to train one of our summer select teams.
